Quinte
A wall changes the scene, a material shifts the atmosphere. Our gestures will bring the rooms to life.

A wall lends depth to the bedroom, a finish accompanies a passage, a pairing of materials changes the space’s tone. Quinte is a home made of places to inhabit with the whole body: sitting, leaning, crossing, pausing. Surfaces prepare small backdrops for everyday life, like scenes waiting to receive the unpredictable movement of people.
Sometimes a simple gesture, observed closely, contains an entire story. Someone choosing clothes before an important meeting; a person making coffee while waiting for another; returning to bed after closing a window. We would like the design to accompany these moments with care, offering spaces that help us feel present and at ease within whatever we are feeling.
As the years pass, the protagonists of our days will change, along with habits and objects. The walls will remain to gather fragments of light and memory, becoming ever more intimate. Perhaps one day, looking at an empty room, we will feel we can still see someone passing through it. This too is a home’s delicate strength: preserving a presence without being able to hold it back.
