Bianco Assoluto
Against white, very little is needed: a red flower, a moving curtain, the luminous trace of a morning.

Against pale surfaces, everything gains intensity. A red flower on the table, an object moved, the motion of a curtain become small events. The eye travels through the rooms and finds space to rest, as when we turn to a new page and feel there is still room to write something. Bianco Assoluto holds this feeling of possibility, luminous and quiet.
We imagine it in the morning, when the rooms still belong to simple gestures. Making coffee, choosing a cup, listening to water as the day comes slowly in. Sometimes this is exactly what we need: a gentle beginning, a place that makes looking after ourselves easy. The lines of the furniture and the brightness of the surfaces seek to accompany that lightness.
Then people will arrive, colours, things left close at hand. A pale house readily shows the life it contains and can change its atmosphere simply by receiving a bunch of flowers. We like to think of the discreet happiness of so small a transformation: looking at a familiar room and feeling it, for an instant, newly born.
